The Top Time Racing watch is a modern tribute to the most visually impactful Top Time designs of the 1960s. Its design elements, including the cushion-shaped case, a clearly marked tachymeter scale, and distinctive "squircle" subdials, evoke the speed and precise timing crucial in motorsports. The dial is highlighted by the signature "surfboard" design—an elliptical element taken directly from the Top Time historical collection, inspired by the dashboards of vintage automobiles.

This timepiece is powered by the Breitling Manufacture Caliber 01, a self-winding mechanical movement providing about 70 hours of power reserve. It incorporates a chronograph capable of measuring down to 1/4 of a second, with a 30-minute totalizer, and beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour with 34 jewels.

Constructed with a stainless steel case and a secure screwed caseback, the watch offers water resistance up to 10 bars. It features a stationary bezel and a non-locking crown with double gaskets. The crystal is a cambered sapphire treated with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The watch head weighs approximately 77.5 grams, and the total weight is around 88.73 grams. Its dimensions include a 38 mm diameter, a 13.07 mm thickness, a 44.4 mm lug-to-lug distance, and an 18 mm lug width.
